The Reservation can be canceled without charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the reservation will be charged for all nights.

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, 100% of the reservation will be charged for all nights.

Guests can also receive a Full Refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Long term Rentals:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking.If a guest cancels more than 48 hours after booking and before moving out, the first month's rent and deposit are not refunded.If a guest cancels more than 48 hours into the reservation and has moved out, 100% of all nights spent plus 30 days are not refunded, nor is the deposit refunded. If there are less than 30 days left on the reservation when the guest cancels, 100% of all those remaining nights will not be refunded.
